Favorite way to cook tasty, flavorful and juicy potatoes!

There is a huge amount of cooking all your favorite potatoes - boiled, fried, baked or mashed potatoes.Today, we decided to share an unusual and very tasty way of cooking our beloved vegetable!
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 150 gr Cheddar cheese
- 30 gr Butter
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 30 gr Parsley
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Wash the potatoes well and make small holes on each of them. Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet (size 20 cm), greased with vegetable oil. Bake the potatoes in the oven preheated to 374℉/ 190℃ for 40-50 minutes, until fully cooked and golden brown.
- During this time grate the cheese. Mix well 30 g of butter (room temperature) , 100 g grated cheese, finely chopped dill, 1 tblsp of mayonnaise together.
- Remove the baking sheet with potatoes from the oven, make cuts in the middle of each baked potato (cross to cross), without cutting the potatoes to the end. Put the potatoes, again, on a baking sheet and start stuffing each potato with 1-2 tsp of cheese filling. Put the baking sheet with potatoes in the oven 2 more minutes, until the cheese melted.
