  • 510 gr Champignons
  • 1 head Onion
  • 1 Cloves Garlic
  • 30 gr Butter
  • 30 ml Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Wheat flour
  • 60 ml Dry white wine
  • 510 gr Chicken bouillon
  • 100 ml Sour cream
  • 0.5 pcs Nutmeg
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 20 gr Parsley

  1. Heat the butter and olive oil in a frying pan, fry the onion, chopped into thin strips, until it becomes transparent.
  2. Add chopped mushrooms, cook stirring, until they release moisture. Then add flour and mix.
  3. Add wine, stew for a minute, then pour the bouillon, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Blend the soup in a blender until smooth. Then add the sour cream, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Serve decorated with chopped parsley and fried mushrooms.
