  • 1 kg Beef
  • 3 liter Water
  • 3 pcs Onion
  • 3 pcs Garlic Cloves
  • 1 pcs Red chili pepper
  • 1 pcs Dill Stalks
  • 1 pcs Carrot
  • 50 ml Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried coriander
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Khmeli-suneli
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 500 gr Pickled Tomatoes
  • 2 pcs Red Peppers
  • 2 pcs Green Peppers
  • 1 Cup Groats
  • 1 Bunch Coriander
  • 1 Bunch Dill
  • 1 Bunch Parsley
  • 1.5 tbsp Salt
Spicy Beef Soup with Groats video
  1. Cut beef into middle-size pieces.
  2. Boil beef, onion, garlic cloves red chili pepper, dill stalks, carrot.
  3. Pour olive oil in a frying pan. Fry chopped carrot, onion and garlic cloves.
  4. Add cayenne pepper, coriander,black pepper, khmeli suneli, salt, sugar, pickled tomatoes, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Finely chop green and red pepper and add to a simmering mixture. Let simmer 10 more minutes.
  6. Add groats to the boiled beef, mix and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Add the fried mixture of vegetables to the beef.
  8. Add finely chopped coriander, dill and parsley.
  9. The delicious soup is ready.
