Ingridients

  • 1 pcs Chicken
  • 1 liter Water
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Rice
  • 100 gr Dried Pineapple
  • 100 gr Dried Mango
  • 100 gr Dried Kiwi
  • 100 gr Dried Apricots
  • 100 gr Dates
  • 100 gr Almond
  • 180 ml Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Curry
  • 0.5 tsp Saffron
  • 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
Stuffed Chicken  with Rice and Dried Fruit video
  1. Simmer rice for 10 minutes.
  2. Finely chop dried fruits.
  3. Fry chopped dried fruits with almond in olive oil.
  4. Pour dried fruits on the boiled rice and all mix well.
  5. Season mixture with curry, saffron, nutmeg and mix well.
  6. Stuff the chicken with ready mixture.
  7. Mix together olive oil, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper.
  8. Grease the mixture on the stuffed chicken.
  9. Put the chicken in the oven and bake for 45 minutes at 356℉ (180 ℃).
  10. The delicious dish is ready.
