  • 1 Cup Red Beans
  • 2 liters Water
  • 1 Cup Chickpeas
  • 1 Cup Lentil
  • 1 Cup Dry Peas
  • 1 Cup Groats
  • 1 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Red Pepper
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Dried basil
  • 1 Cup Hemp Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 100 ml Olive Oil
  • 2 pcs Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Tomato paste
  • 20 gr Chopped Coriander
  • 1 pcs Pickled Cabbage
  • 100 gr Dried Plum
  • 1 liter Tomato Juice
Vegetarian Cabbage Rolls with Hemp Seeds video
  1. Simmer red beans and chickpeas separately each for 30 minutes.
  2. Add boiled red beans, chickpeas, lentil, dry peas, groats in a bowl.
  3. Season with coriander seed, paprika, red pepper, black pepper, dried basil, hemp seeds, salt and all mix well.
  4. Fry the chopped onion in the olive oil.
  5. Add tomato paste, water, chopped coriander and let to boil. After pour the water on the mixture of cereals.
  6. Mix all well.
  7. Cover the bowl with lid and let for 30 minutes.
  8. Lay a pickled cabbage leave and stuff with cereals mixture, add dried plums and roll the leave. Do this with all leaves.
  9. Arrange rolls in the saucepan.
  10. Add tomato juice, dried plums and cook for 60 minutes.
  11. Enjoy the delicious dish.
